The Learners Early Years curriculum has been designed with utmost care keeping in mind the significance early year development makes in a person's life. With a faculty that deeply understands the diverse learning styles and socio-emotional needs of each child to facilitate learning, we strive to create a culture where each child feels respected, valued and loved. Inspired by leading educational practices from the world, including Maria Montessori, Regio Emilia and Playway approaches, we aim to develop independence, personal awareness, social and emotional skills of a child. Young learners get ready for a smooth transition to their next stage of learning through opportunities that fuel their creativity, imagination, cognitive and physical (fine and gross motor) development.

This is the prime age for children to develop some crucial traits and values that last them through life. In the Primary Years, our learners are facilitated to grow into self-directed, courageous, and responsible human beings, who are curious and at the cusp of grasping more intricate concepts. With a learner-centric focus on inquiry and Experiential Learning, and a theme-based integrated curriculum, the Junior Years help learners strengthen their adaptability and communication. They also practise being more aware of themselves, their surroundings, their cultural contexts and diversity around them. With an increased sense of connection with the world, learners learn to be engaged while applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Pre-adolescence requires keen attention, gentle understanding and support . The Middle School curriculum sustains the Active Learning approach and holds space for diverse learning tendencies. This stage builds on learners' honed ability to work well individually, in pairs and in groups, and have attuned reflection skills. The framework at this stage ensures ample opportunity for learners to create and experiment, and they are encouraged to produce projects of greater finesse and stature. They learn through making active and deeper interaction with the real world (with civic, economic and social organizations and personalities) and understanding its functioning. This is entrenched within the curriculum through Case Study, Research and Project-based Learning. Learners are encouraged to make choices towards activities they want to pursue with more depth and love.

Adolescence is marked by a flurry of experiences, challenges, feelings and energies. Our approach at this stage is a balance of steering peer and adult support, and encouraging learners to achieve their potential, take risks and grow into mature and responsible community members. Our Senior School learners are facilitated to become confident to express their voice and take initiative to take care of the younger learners. This stage offers the IGCSE (Cambridge) curriculum where learners have a wide range of subjects to choose from, and provides support for an array of career and future options they may wish to pursue. Backed by this flexible curriculum, learners boost their creative thinking, enquiry and problem solving and get ample opportunities to delve deep and research various arenas of their choice.

This exciting stage can often convert into a stressful period for learners, who instead of feeling ready for flight feel overwhelmed by fear or uncertainty. Learners Senior School strives to preserve the excitement of new opportunities and consolidate the attributes of Lifelong Learning gained throughout schooling at Learners. The curriculum cultivates civic responsibility, articulateness and international understanding, and provides scope for in-depth research. It allow for learners to gain a deep understanding of subjects and independent thinking skills.
