She has been deeply involved with the arts her entire life, and studied Bharatanatyam and Kathak before training in Odissi under the legendary Guru Mayadhar Raut. Some of her notable choreographic works are 'Panchakshara Stotram' (prayers to Lord Shiva), 'Dashaavataar', 'Whispering Moods' and her multi-media presentation of the Ramayana.

He has also had the honour of performing his final play during his PG at Rabindranath Tagore's Space i.e at the Shanti Niketan and received the award for the best play. Along with this he has been a part of various theatre projects and theatre education companies like Summer Workshops, Sunday Clubs, Jashn E Bachpan- (National/International Theatre Festival for children) and Bal Sangam.
